NetBiter® RTU-TCP Gateway Print
Sunday, 14 January 2007

The NetBiter® RTU-TCP Gateway connects Modbus RTU (RS485) devices to the Ethernet. The Gateway acts a pure transparent connection between serial Modbus RTU devices such as; energy meters, fans, motor drives etc to the standard Ethernet protocol Modbus TCP. For example, this solution makes it possible to access Modbus RTU devices through almost all
SCADA systems, since they support Modbus TCP.

MASTER MODE
. Modbus RTU MASTER (on the serial side)
. Modbus TCP SLAVE (on the Ethernet side)
